My wife ordered one bottle of MonaVie Fortified Juice and paid $39.84. They said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. A couple of weeks went by and we still didn't get the order. I called them to find out about my order and a customer service rep told me they shipped it but will look into it. Over a month went by and we still didn't get the bottle of MonaVie Juice. We called them numerous times and their customer service rep kept giving us the run around. Wegot tired of their BS and called thecredit card company to dispute the charge but that takes time to finalize. Then when we got our credit bill, there wasfour ununathorized charges on it from other companies! I had to call the credit card company to report it andcancel the card. What a nightmare, all over a stupid bottle of juice. They are abunch of lying thieves.
