I downloaded apple itunes music. When first accessing the files, I got a c debug error, and the music files flat-out disappeared from my computer. No undelete or recovery worked; no sign of the files. There is no re-download option available. I emailed apple 3 times so far and no reply. I was charged for the music. The issue is documented at least once on the internet from someone else. Never will buy from them again.
