SCAM-unauthorized deduction from my bank account

I was recently a victim of identity theft! One of the charges made to my account was from USA Credit for $149.95.

When calling the company to report this theft they were not at all helpful. Despite me telling them multiple times that this was NOT authorized by me they kept trying to tell me that it was! They did finally come around by telling me that they would be so kind to refund my money AFTER it cleared my account but the process would take 14 days at the least.

I told them I would file an affidavit through my bank and then turned VERY ugly stating that if I did that they WOULD NOT refund my money to me at all. I told them that it would be between them and my bank at that point.

I just contacted my bank that stated this WAS FRAUD and that they would close my account. Hopefully this company will be shut down.
