This company advertises classic hard to find DVD movies.
I ordered the DVD last of the dogmen from this company December 11th.
I received a email confirming my order with a very long order number.
They said they would email within 48-72 hours to let you know your product was shipped, well after five days I went to view my order to see if it was sent.
It said the same as it did five days ago, the area where they would have put date sent and tracking number remained blank. So i googled complaints for this company and ended up at the BBB site, there they were under a different company name.
I called the phone number that was posted on the BBB website. I got an answering machine, left a message with the nature of my call and my phone number. Yes you guessed it, No return call.
Well I did finally receive my DVD 12 days later. I opened it and found a photo copied movie cover of last of the dogmen. Then I opened the case and found a plain white CD.
Put the DVD in the DVD player only to find a homemade copy Off the HBO. The description on there website says special edition. What a joke! This company needs to be shut down! They have a F rating with the BBB.
They are ripping off the consumer. I read 15 complaints and only 4 were addressed by the company. Stay away from this company! I have always been told when you google things, that the first like 5 that come up are the ones to basically trust.
