Onestopplus.com has canceled HUNDREDS of orders placed on there website using a 5 off coupon code. "CHNEG5".
The code entitled shoppers $5 off any order.
December, 15th - Hundreds of customer reports started surfacing, claiming onestopplus has never shipped there purchases.
After contacting onestopplus.com customer support i received the following explanation:
The Chadwicks' promotion code that was emailed to Chadwicks' customers stated that the coupon was to be used on Chadwicks.com orders and Chadwicks' merchandise only. Any orders that do not contain Chadwicks' items will not be shipped. Unfortunately, your orders did not contain Chadwicks items and the orders will not be shipped.
