Call them. Say you will go to your bank and dispute the charge. They will offer bids or a refund that is not a full refund.; Say no thank you I will go to my bank or credit card comp. I got my money back, hope you can get yours. If you do this you will 100% They are such crooks that I will still call the FTC and The att gen to get the stopped.
