I purchased an international extended warranty from CPS for my Sony Vaio VGN AR 890 U portable computer, valid until the end of July. My computer broke on August 28th. I sent the computer to CPS for repairing and now, after 3 months, the computer has not been repaired yet. I called and e-mailed them many times: they claim they are still working on it. They refused to come to any agreement, like sending me a new unit, or a check or even fixing a deadline beyond which having a refund.
