Adam Ginsberg Adam Ginsberg Review: How I Was Misled, Conned and Ripped off by His eBay Course, Truth Exposed Part1 of 3

Adam Ginsberg and his eBay course, which I paid 3,071.01 (US$ 4,899) in June in Londonhas brought me nightmares as they are the WORST products andservices that I have ever received in my life! I believe that I wasmisled and deceived in to signing the contracts and just like manyother victims I feel I have been ripped off by Adam GinsbergInternational.
Despite the fact that I am a customerof Adam Ginsberg International, just because I have asked for a fullrefund, I have been treated like dirt and even have been threatenedwith court action by Adam Ginsberg's staff and lawyers. I am outragedand disgusted by his lack of business ethics and the unfair businessto consumer practices he employs and have decided to share myexperience with the world.
The truth is that if you are unhappyabout a product or service or have had a negative experience with acompany, you are likely to tell 10 times more people than that youwould if it had been a good experience. It is a universal law thatthe kind of business that Adam Ginsberg is running won't last verylong and I am hoping it happens sooner rather than later...
To date, Adam Ginsberg still has keptall my money unlawfully and unethically, despite the fact I haverequested a full refund on numerous occasions both individually aswell as a member of a full refund request group with eight otherclassmates. My classmates and I have received several abusive, threatening and nasty emails from their customer service and theyeven hired a solicitor in London to try to scare us off by sendingus threatening and abusive letters via emails. I have kept all theseemails for my future records.
As you can read from other rip-offreports, this is the same method that Adam Ginsberg has used toattack other victims. When his customers posted negative reviews andcomments about Adam Ginsberg, his eBay and other courses online andcreated websites to expose him, he hired lawyers to send themthreatening letters to try to remove these sites and reviews. This isthe old trick and dirty methods used by unethical and dodgy companiesto tackle the refund issues and complaints from their customers.
From my experience of dealing with AdamGinsberg and his company I have found they behave outrageously, areunethical and are operating their business unlawfully andunethically. I would like every media, press and consumer protectionagencies in the UK and USA to step up to do thorough investigation against Adam GinsbergInternational to prevent him from preying on more victims like me.
In the UK, I have reported andcomplained about Adam Ginsberg and his company to Consumer Direct, (08454 04 05 06) https://secure. Consumerdirect. Gov. Uk/reportascam. Aspxand the Office of Fair Trading. The Office of Fair Trading gives thefollowing definition A scam is a scheme designed to con you out ofyour cash. Scammers are becoming more sophisticated and aim to con usall. Do I believe Adam Ginsberg is designed to con us out of ourcash? The Answer is Yes, I believe that I have plenty ofevidence to prove this.
Everyone that I have met and spoke towho has purchased Adam Ginsberg's eBay courses all want their moneyback. I can make a list of 18 names, including one PhD doctor fromLondon. These people are furious about Adam Ginsberg and told me thatthey have been conned and fooled by Adam Ginsberg. These are onlythe people that I know and have spoken to directly, not taking intoaccount the possible hundreds and thousands of other victims.
Adam Ginsberg even hired people to behis rebuttals to comment on his consumer complaintss. This further provesthat he is very aware that many of his customers are and will be veryunhappy after purchasing his courses, as these are designed to conour hard-earned cash out of our pockets. He is even prepared totackle this issue, by rebutting and trying to wipe out all thenegative reviews and comments about him by hiring attorneys to sendthreatening emails and letters.
In June I attended an InternetTraffic seminar, which was organised by Mark Anastasi at the HiltonHotel in London. I was misled and conned by Adam Ginsberg's emptypromises of financial freedom, easy cash, his turnkey system and bythe exaggerated glossy sales pitch; I signed up to the contractswithout having a proper amount of time in which to read their termsand conditions.
We were told by Adam Ginsberg that hisDrop-shipping warehouse (Doba) is zero risk with zero wholesaleexpense and that it had 1.2 million products available fordrop-shipping on the internet. All these products are available atthe LOWEST wholesale price on the internet, it is awesome, it iscompletely turnkey. This tuned out be a big lie, as later wediscovered that many of the products in the Doba warehouse are pricedmuch higher than the exact same products selling on eBay.
Before signing the contract, I calledmy husband and told him that I was going to sign up with the eBaycourse. My husband told me that he was going to do a quick searchabout Adam Ginsberg on the internet. Soon my husband called me backand told me NOT to sign up as he found lots of negative reviews andfeedback about Adam Ginsberg on the internet.
However, at that time I simply couldnot believe what my husband was telling me as I had been overloadedwith Adam Gisnberg's misleading and deceitful information, emptypromises, financial freedom and therefore I did not listen to myhusband. It was one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made inmy life by signing up with Adam Ginsberg's eBay course, I lost thetuition fee of 3,071.01 (US$ 4,899) plusmore of my precious time and money on eBay listing fees and payinghis monthly software fees, which he does not deserve.
We were fooled by the seminar organiserand Adam Gisnberg as we were not given enough time to read theirunfair terms and conditions on the contracts. We were only given a14 people only limit and 20 minutes to sign up with his course;a hard sale tactic and urgency strategy used by the seminar organiserand Adam Ginsberg to trick us to sign up with the course immediatelyrather than have time to think about it in a calm and rationalmanner.
In the UK, by law, we have at leastSEVEN business days to cancel any purchases we have made. However, Adam Ginsberg's contract states that we only have THREE business daysto cancel the purchase. This unfair business term has put off manypeople from cancelling the course including me, when we had cooleddown our heads after the hard sales pitches.
When you are going to the seminars, donot trust any of the seminar organisers. I have learned from myexperience that you must do your own research and home work beforesigning up with any courses.By the industry standard, seminarorganisers make 50% of their commissions from each of the sales aspeaker makes. That is the reason why the seminar organisers wouldlet snakes and sharks to speak at their events and even promote andglorify them.
The seminar organisers often like thesesnakes and sharks as they are usually very good at sales with sleek, oiled pitches to lure the newbies. They are usually trained asprofessional speakers and often over-promise and under-deliver. Theyalso tell the audience what they want to hear, and lure you in withtheir false promises of financial freedom, wealth creation and fastand easy money.
These speakers know that there arealways people that can be lured by these empty promises and they knowhow to target and use these people's psychology to ensure that theysign up with their courses. As human beings we all want to get richquick, but as you know most of these get-rich-quick schemes are justscams. Just remember that if it sounds too good to be true then it ismost likely a scam.
I have noticed that there are severalbig seminar organisers that invited Adam Ginsberg to their events inthe UK who are actually based overseas and therefore it is verydifficult to bring the organisers and speakers to the UK courts ofjustice. Take for example when I signed up at Mark Anastassi's event, his company is registered in Cyprus and there is no address for hisUK operation. When I contacted him in Cyprus and his sales directorin the UK for help regarding my request for a refund from AdamGinsberg they just ignored me by not replying to my emails andtelephone calls. Adam Ginsberg is a USA citizen and it is verydifficult to bring him to the UK courts of justice as well.
Be wary of some dodgy seminarorganisers and speakers who trying to dig in to your pockets butrefuse to be held responsible for your refund issues. I am notdenying that there are many good seminars out there that can helpyour personal development and can truly help you to create wealth. Personally, I have benefited tremendously by attending a propertyinvestment seminar in which has changed my life.
I attended the Adam Ginsberg's workshopin July in London, but it was a complete waste of my time andmoney. Even though it was a small workshop, Adam Ginsberg broughtsomeone called Michael, who mesmerisedus all several times a day by switchingoff all the lights, making it dark in the room and then asking us toclose our eyes and listen to him.
He talked about something like bye byeto the past. But this bye sounds too much like buyasAdam Ginsberg was doing up-sales during the workshop, which costanother 3,000 (US$ 4,800) tosign up for. I really feel sorry for people who signed up for thisuntested online stores scheme. I met three people who signed up withthis up-sale course in other seminars and they all told me that theywant to get their money back. I have never come across anyone who hadone good word to say about Adam Ginsberg and his courses, other thanhis employees.
During the 3 day course we were taughtvery basic things about eBay listings, many of these were things thateven the most basic computer user already knows how to do. We wereasked to practice taking pictures and upload these on eBay, whichagain, most people already know how to do, it is not in eBay'sinterest to make this particularly hard. Ginsberg's system was fullof bugs and was not ready to use. We wasted an entire afternoontrying to use their system, while Adam Ginsberg sat at the back ofthe room making phone calls to his technical guys in the UnitedStates. The system had not even been trialled properly and yet wewere being sold it as the finished product.
We were also taught about Facebook andTwitter, stuff we had already learnt from free seminars. AdamGinsberg also played a YouTube clip called show me the moneyfromthe movie Jerry Maguire again and again and made us sick ofwatching it. They had noAuction Millionaire Secrets to teach, so they used these social media tidbits to help pass the time.
At that time, I did not know that in Adam Ginsberg was permanently banned from eBay due tooverwhelming negative customer feedback and because of violating eBaypolicies. If you are reading this report, wake up and avoid him likethe plague and stay away anything to do with Adam Ginsberg, as faraway as possible. You have been warned about Adam Ginsberg and hiseBay course! There are two more parts to my report.
