I paid for a VPS at burstnet and two weeks after buying it, they still had not setup my server despite all the support tickets I filed. I also would call and would get, "I will email you a response in a few mintues" and 48 hours later get a reply that is complete nonsense and a different excuse then what the other "tech support" members were giving me. Anyways, I requested a refund and soon found out that they don't give refunds... instead they "suspended" my account that was never even setup, they charged me $30 for requesting a refund, and then THEY BILLED ME FOR THE NEXT MONTH!!! They automatically bill you a couple weeks early... Is if they thought I would want to stay at this point. This is a fraudulent company!!! Stay away!!!
