Phil is a very interesting person, he always has computers on hand and parts on hand at all times 3 years ago now I 1st met Mr. Qualtech "PHILIP" and I sold him a Dell studio xps 16 computer valued over 1500.00 and due to the position I was in I needed the $ and Phil had $ in hand I ended up allowing him to talk me down quite a bit and I ended up selling my computer to him for 700.
