This firm has a very deceptive website which led me to believe that they are offering a free membership. When in fact there is a charge of $159 plus when they take it out from your account for the total of $162.18. The website is so confusing that I believe it is intentionally designed to confuse people. When I realized that I had been charged $162.18 on the same day of October 4. I immediately contacted them to cancel my membership and want my money back. I printed out their form from their website, because that is the only way you can have a refund. I mailed it out on the same day. And I contacted them through their live chat and advised to go through their live chat on October 10. On that day, I was advised to contact them today, November 1. Now they are telling me:
Sable#SA8852: SwipeAuctions is winding down operations to merchant shutting down our processing and is no longer accepting new customers.in addition, SwipeAuctions will not issue refunds for membership fees. I sincerely apologize, but i have no further details to provide you at this time. As as livechat agent, i have not been fully informed of all the details behind the shutdown. Therefore, I am simple unable to assist you with any further informations.
This only means that I am losing my money and this is for my school.
