This firm has a very deceptive website which led me to believe that one could participate in their auctions for free, when in fact there is a $159 charge. The website is so confusing that I believe it is intentionally designed to confuse. When I realized that I had been charged $159 I immediately requested to cancel my membership and receive a refund. I was directed to an Internet form which must be mailed in to get a refund. Time will tell if they actually will process the refund. Be careful with this outfit!
