Yes they are a rip-off and they will ignore cancellation requests by phone & e-mail Phoenix

Do not give them your credit card information!!! As many have stated this is one of those companies that will continue to charge your credit card regardless of how many times you contact them to cancel the service. I cancelled within the 10-day evaluation period they stated in the written agreement. I called them by phone and they told me I would have to send a written request by e-mail. I sent them 4 e-mails and they have not honored the cancellation. When I tried to call them back I just got a voice mailbox.

The whole service does not sound legitimate. They offer to design an online store using Doba whose wholesale prices for products are often more than what you can buy for other sources. They claim to have millions of items at wholesale but it's all a sham. For instance their biggest category is music & CDs. When you go into the category you will find a bunch of CDs that you can get in a music store in the bargain bin for $3 - $5. Doba sells them for $12 - $15. You can pretty much go on Amazon and find most of the stuff they list cheaper.

The online store designed by 3 xp are cookie cutter template you can find in a DIY webpage software. They probably have dozens of these already pre-made. The telemarketer selling the service will lie through his teeth. He talks about people making tens of thousands a month. He will even tell you to check out a couple of those sites. Just because the site is there doesn't mean anyone's making money.in fact, they are probably dummy sites to lure the unsuspecting people into buying the site. He offered absolutely no proof about his claim. He offered a free trial and a 10 day no questions asked cancellation. Once you agree to try it out a "business development manager" a.K.A. Another telemarketer will call to tell you in order to make money you have to purchase a "marketing package" for thousands of dollars. What the package does is redirect web surfers who accidently mis-type a URL or go to a site no longer in service to to your site (like a spam). The whole thing is pretty unethical.

The question is, if these telemarketers know this stuff really makes tens of thousand, why are they working a minimum wage job (commission & bonus) calling me? Why don't they spend their time doing this? Would they rather call to sell this product to a list of people making minimum wage? This is nothing but a sham.
