Sid Hale does not respond to the tickets I submitted to his helpdesk in which I ask for a refund

The refund requests that I submitted to the official helpdesk of Rapid Action Profits remain unanswered.

In case that Sid Hale reads this, here are the ticketnumbers:

-2- 9SHRN2VS7M, submitted on 15 October

The first one reads as follows:

I would like to get a refund for RAP.
