I have bought 8 items from Hale Bob in the last four months and would have thought that any company would be happy to have me as a customer. Clearly, not Hale Bob.
One of the dresses, which I have worn three times, has come away at the seams. I have emailed them twice in a week to try and find out the process going forward however I can't get anyone to reply... And I don't have a good feeling about this.
It's when you have a complaint or a problem and how that company deals with you that determines whether or not you ever do business with that company again.
I will continue to contact them and keep the cyber world updated as it's not acceptable.
