I read about DCA from an ad on Facebook advertising a woman in Hammond, my current place of residency, making some $70/hour online. Curious, I decided to try it for myself. I carefully read all fine prints scanning for any numbers that may have been included as additional charges. My boyfriend told me that he thought it was a scam after I told him, and convinced me to cancel after just two days.
DCA stole $139.95 from me! I sent them a notice saying that I wished to cancel my account after only 2 days of having it opened. I started it on October 3, canceled on October 5. They drug around about confirming it (a sign I should have recognized). When they finally confirmed it, it was well after the five day limit I've heard people talking about. However with the paper trail I have on my emails, I can prove that they were the ones at fault. I hope the rest of you saved your emails, because you're going to need them to fight this company.
I am a college student without a job and I was trying to raise money to pay for my car note. Well they just stole half of my next month's car payment from me and they will be punished for this. My father plans to call them tomorrow and if they do not give us our money back, this WILL become a lawsuit, something I urge the rest of you that have been scammed by DCA to do as well. Together, we can end this scam and stop millions more Americans from being ripped off by DCA.
