Asked to email copies of your passport, creditcard and creditcard authorization form and after receiving that they cancel the order without notice. What are they doing with my doc's?

I first used Ishopusa to buy a calculator and they served me well. But now i needed a laptop battery and they asked me to send copies of passport, creditcard and a creditcard authorization form. After that they cancel the order without telling you why and what is happening. They don't respond on your inquiries.

I think that the authorities should shut down their website
