I posted an item (wedding ring set) on sale at craigslist and the fraudulent buyer created spoof email from paypal stating that the transaction was confirmed but a shipment tracking # was needed before I received payment. So I provided the tracking # upon shipment and a week later, I still have not received funds through PayPal or a cashier's check. I am out $4,600.00 and the rings-that I have asked they mail back immediately. After speaking with paypal representatives and realizing this transaction was fraudulent, I have done some research and these people are professional internet frauds.
