I have been without service for approx. 3 days, a technician was sceduled to arrive at my address on 3/15/10.
Needless to say no visit or phone call was conducted/made on 3/15/10.
I placed a call to TWC, only to be told that my appoitment had bee CANCELLED, by someone at the company, my appointment date was reset to 5/18/10.
I'm clearly disappointed in the service I've recieved, when your word is given you, (the company) shoud do your best in honoring it.By honoring your customers request, shows respect in the highest degree.
Sir (Madam) you boldly advertise in your comercial that dish network hates puppies, Perhaps this commercial would be more suitable for your company.
