WebFusion poor customer service, ignored down time, loss of service

DO NOT USE 123 REG <br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;">123-Reg are a company with a very nice looking website. They offer a wide range of products and services from various kinds of website hosting to domain name registration to complete e-commerce and SSL packages. Often this is good but do not be fooled. <br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;">DO NOT USE 123 REG <br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;">The 123-Reg help line is expensive to call and is never answered within 6 minutes of ringing. This is after the call has been picked up by the IVR so you are actually paying them during the length of time you are in the queue and this is a dirty trick to raise revenue. Once you get through to first line support they raise a ticket and give you a reference but this is not actioned on the same day no matter the problem being experienced. My server has been offline for 24 hours. I have several businesses and organisations that depend on this server including a solicitors, a church, a call centre and various small websites. This was explained to 123-Reg but they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. <br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;line-height:1.5em;">So please, listen to me, do not use 123-Reg or this WILL happen to you.
