After playing Yoville for over a year and investing thousands of dollars into the game, I suddenly cannot connect and cannot get any help other than generic responses. Their are several hundred other customers experiencing same issue.
The blame customers computers and or out dated programs. After using several ISP's and several different computers with different set ups. The problem remained the same.
They still blame me and my set up as well as others set ups. I went to another state and fired up the game, Which to my surprised worked and connected with out any problems. Now I am back home and again I have no connection to the game. They are still sending me letters that my configuration is incorrect. This is false!!! My configuration is correct. It is a server on their side and I am losing thousands due to their mistakes.
Zaynga is a RIPOFF
I have reported them to BBB of San Fransisco as well as many others and I will continue to fight them to either refund my money or fix their connection problems.
