Company refuses to send rebate or acknowledge rebate applications from either myself or my daughter. Company will not communicate via voice, only their website (they obviously do not communicate via the website, either).
Purchased product in May. It is now November. I have contacted them twice with NO RESPONSE.
My future tact will be to contact their sales and customer service line making sure that other people in their organization are well aware of their either POOR customer service or FRAUDULENT methods.
