I need refund for $807 and compensation for holding me for 3 months.

1. My rip-off story started wen I bought a TOSHIBA SATELLITE A135-S4527 (1GB RAM) laptop online on 12/25 from TRUSTEDDEALER.com. The order number is 34027-RT-S by salesman Mark Zito. I have the receipt for online purchase. A 5-year warranty from SAFCO SERVICE (http://safcoservice.com/) was mandatory and it costed me $149. The total transaction was $807. That was the first time I was buying a laptop warranty and didn't knew that SAFCO SERVICE is horrible.
2. On 15th March' my laptop's hard drive failed and the laptop stopped booting properly. Since it was under 5-yr warranty, I sent the laptop to SAFCO SERVICE, NEW YORK's address. My warranty number is: G-3840. I called SAFCO SERVICE on 888-826-6008 and talked to THOMAS/MARC (for sure these are pseudo-names). They assured that they will sent me a new laptop as a replacement.
3. I shipped the laptop on 17th Mar '2010 to address X-7587,773-Coney Island Ave., Brooklyn, NewYork-11218 with enquiry number RMA-876 on my own cost.
4. I waited for 2 weeks. They didn't communicated to me. On 30th Mar' I initiated contact to know about the status of my repair by calling on888-826-6008. The agent named Marc gave me evasive and rude replies. First they told me that they have not received any laptop. Then I called back again after confirming from UPS that the laptop was delivered to them. When I conveyed this to Thomas, he told me that I should call back again tomorrow.
5. On 2nd Apr' agent named Thomas told me that there is noone by the name of Marc in that company. He laughed at me and said that the laptop has been received, but the technician is out-of-office. He confirmed that he will call back again in 24 hrs.
6. On 5th Apr' I called again. Thomas said he did not had time to call be and that it is my responsibility to call him. I was taken aback with this rude reply. I told him that I want to talk to his supervisor and he hung up.
7. I kept calling them for several days. Everytime they will simply put me on hold or not reply me. This went on till 13th May '2010. On 15th May, Marc (who did not existed till that time), told me that Thomas is out-of-office and he cannot answer my call. This was like a total rip-off to me because he had the same voice as of Thomas.
8. On 23rd May ' Thomas told me that the laptop's screen is broken and he is waiting for the screen to arrive. My laptop's screen was not broken. The problem was with the hard drive. He lied to me for next three days.
9. On 27th May ' he said that the laptop case is broken and the screen is in good condition. He lied that he will return the laptop to me on 31st May '2010.
10. On 28th May ' he told me that the parts have not arrived from manufacturer. So he is gonna send me a new laptop. He said that the new laptop will be shipped in first week of June.
11. For 2.5 months, all my personal work was halted and they simply didn't bother. I called them several times... They will take the phone call and put it on hold for hours after telling me that the guy who is responsible for repair is absent or that I have to wait. This went on and on.
12. On 10th Jun ' I received a laptop. Now this was the total rip-off. The new laptop was already registered on somebody's name with TOSHIBA. I came to know about this by calling their customer care. This can be verified by calling TOSHIBA Customer care with the SERIAL NUMBER: Z6249946K.
13. Besides they switched the model number. My original TOSHIBA model was A135-S4527 while the new one was A135-S2266. To add insult to injury, the RAM was only 512MB against the original RAM of 2GB. The hard drive was corrupted and beyond repair. They totally ripped me off with an old laptop, reduced RAM and corrupted hard drive. They didn't paid for my laptop's postal charges.
14. I tried to fix the hard drive with a TOSHIBA recovery disc, but it didn't work. They said that I have to fix it on my own. This is total bad service.
15. On 15th June ' I asked them for a repair again and they threatened me that if I send my laptop now, they will not repair and send it to me at all. I asked them to refund me while I send the laptop back to them. But Thomas hing up again. The customer care of SAFCO SERVICE is horrible. They are fraud online merchants of NEW YORK.
18. I need justice and compensation for my 3-months harrassment by their customer care and total rip-off of $807 $ 16. I am not asking for anything else. I am only asking for refund of my money.
19. This was just plain bad and false advertising on website. I called the agents on 1-888-826-6008, but they do not answer me and put my phone on hold.
20. I am scared that if I send this laptop for repair, they will not send me anything back and all my money will go to waste.
If you can help me to claim a refund, please help me out.
