I contacted Prime Essays to do some research for me. I requested it be done in 6 hours. 8 hours into it I started making attempts to speak with aperson, no phone calls were answered, no messages were returned, no emails were responded to. At this point I contacted my bank to stop the processng of 216.00 payment. I contacted SWERG to stop payment. Left another message with PrimeEssays telling them to stop the transaction and refund my money that i had gone elseware to meet my needs. I heard nothing back. (were only 10 hours into this by now) at about 12 hours into this nightmare, i received an email telling me my order was almost done "just proof reading it" is what the notice said. I again started attempting to contact the company, no luck. Finally sunday evening I received an email with an attachment. As I opened the attachment I viewed utter rubbish and still nobody was willing to talk with me. As I got SWERG involved in the dispute I did finally have a conversation with a person who imformed me that they would not be refunding my money as the report had been delivered. It did not matter that 2 and a half days had passed since i needed it.
