I bought a product from windows log on key on line, could not get it to download correctly, they list an email address for service, sales, marketing, and nobody will respond to any of my emails, the company they list for a refund - does not take their credit card purchases, so i replied from my orig. Email from the purchase... After doing research on line with all the companys trying to get help and/or a refund, then finally asking for a refund... I get nothing...
