In July I paid CT Solutions, Inc., $299.00 IN ADVANCE for on-line payroll training classes. The classes were to start August 16, and I was to get ALL class materials PRIOR to August 16th.
By August 15, I had NOT RECEIVED the class materials. I called CT Solutions' office and only got VOICE MAIL. No one would return my calls.
I tried during August and September, to get a in touch with CT Solutions, Inc. But they WOULD NOT ANSWER MY E-MAIL OR MY PHONE CALLS.
*i filed complaints with:
1. Better business bureau of baton rouge, la. They said that ct solutions did not respond to any of their requests.
2. Dept. Of justice, state of la. They said ct solutions had filed for bankruptcy and had no forwarding address.
3. Federal trade commission. They are investigating the company as of 10/22/03.
*I was told on 10/22/03, by an unknown representative of the company, that I would get a refund. I still have NOT received the refund and the telephone for CT Solutions has been disconnected.
