Ripoff Ramnicu Valcea He made me send him money and he didn't send the plasma tv that I've paid for Ramnicu Valcea

I am located in Ontario, Canda.
2 Weeks ago I was fooled into buyig a PLASMA television set from a certain MR. Stan METECENARU.

This individual caused me a loss of US$2200!
I was tricked into paying him this money! He didn't ship the plasma TV, and now I don't know what to do!

Can anyone suggest something?
