They took money from my acct

Hi I was checking my banking acct and it said that miva had taken out money from my banking acct. And I don't even know how they are or what they did until I got charged and I looked it up on the internet. They have been taking out $5.00 for 3 months and I just found out! Please help me i need my money back!
