I ordered twice on May 18 two separate orders. My payment has been taken from my account, but I have not received my product as of yet nor does it indicate on their site whether it has shipped. I waited the 7-10 business days and I am still waiting.
Their customer support email: [email protected] does not work. It sends an error message back stating that this email address is invalid. And if you leave a voice mail message for Customer Support at (312) 380-6692, no one calls you back. AND the fax number says that they are temporarily out of service at this time.
I am going to dispute the charges with my bank as I do not think that the company is ever going to respond or send the items that I ordered.
