I started selling on Amazon. I received an email stating that since my account was new funds (my profits) would be held for 15 days, however they advised to continue selling and shipping merchandise.
15 days turned into 30 days and now I'm not sure when I'm getting my money. If I even get it back at all. They now have over $1800 with no explanation as to why, however continued receiving emails to continue selling.
There is no number you can call - they send you automated generalized emails that won't address your questions. Requested an appeal-they responded by suspending my account. It's been over two weeks and they won't respond to my emails anymore. I think I just lost over $ 1800.
