Website displays jacket boxes with DVD series but delivers only CDs in jackets. Handwritten series name on first jacet with hand printed numbers on other CD jacets. No CDs have labels. Order arrived

Order received 14 days late and no cover box with order as displayed on website. Received copies of CDs with white jackets only. No labels on CDs. Hand written numbers on outside of CD jackets. Company did not respond to email inquiry on possible pirating and illegal copying. Priority mailing label hand written from: S. Robinson, P.O. Box 4434, lb, ca. 9004. USPS metered postal stamp zip code mailing from 90802. Was unable to track package with the tracking number the company provided when ordering.
