Ripoff! They charged my credit card 685 dollars and did not provide any service

I called Incorporate last year to dissolve one company and incorporate another. I waited and waited but they did nothing. They would not return my calls and they even hung up on me when I called them. I was not rude, I just wanted to find out the status. I called the credit card company but they said that it was too late to get my money back. I ended up doing both services myself but I had to pay for them all over again.
