On 4/15 I agreed to a $2.97 charge for a start-up package. And a few days later, on 5/21 my account was charged an additional $149.00. I saw no fine print, no disclaimer or any place to click "I agree". It's a simple rip-off.
I have spoken to a few of the customer service reps, and left a messagge for the Customer Service Supervisor to no satisfactory end. I want assurance that my bank account will be credited and no further charges will accrue. One gal I spoke with did say she cancelled my account but the money was already taken without my concent. She said she would send me a confirmation email but I have not received that either.
I did not see anywhere that I would be charged this additional fee if I did not cancel within three days. I didn't even receive any information within three days. This seems a lot like a scam bordering on fraud. At the very least, it's unethical business practices.
