I made on online purchase around 2 weeks ago of Adobe CS5 Web Premium which totaled $353. The charged was held as a pending transaction for at least a week and finally just disappeared. A day or two afterward, I noticed I was double charged in the amount of $338.00 for software. As a result of the company error, I have been overdrawn in my account for 5 days since both charges have been deducted from my available balance. I have contacted the company who said they took care of the matter. Yet, the truth is, that it remains unresolved and although the appropriate charge has been deducted from my account ($338.00), the second unauthorized amount ($338.00) seems scheduled to remain as a pending charge, making my funds unavailable for the next 3 additional days! So, essentially MY funds have been unavailable to me for 7 days. I am absolutely furious and will never do business with this company again. I most certainly DO NOT recommend them.
