Richard Walkes at http://madebywalkes.com / is a graphic designer that has claimed to have done contract work with Time Inc, among others. However, he is a scam artist that signed a work contract with me valued at $14,207 and promptly stopped replying to my company's contact requests after we deposited the funds into his account. We are taking this to civil court and currently in the process of trying to have this mediated. He is a fraud and scam artist and should be avoided by any companies looking for graphic design work.
