I saw an article on the MSNBC internet page so I thought it could be trusted. This was for website building at a low cost (under $5.00) for shipping a kit.
I signed up for a website building kit on 5/4. This was to be "rushed" to me for a 3-day trial. It is now 5/12/10 and I have received nothing.
Further, there was a hidden fee of over $139 that was mentioned after I signed up, to be charged following the 3-day trial. It was charged on 5/10 to my charge card without my consent or receipt of the "kit".
Finally, they suggested I sign up for a charge merchant account as "no one usually pays cash or a check for something purchased on the internet". This account was with innovativegateway.com and I believe they will be charging $29 per month for charge capability.
I want a refund from ICM Websites, cancellation of any account with them and with innovativegateway.com.
