We continued with him for 14 months and paid 30,000NTC per month for his services. For two months he collected wages but showed up and managed only his personal business. He has taken ownership of our domains and refused to give them back. When we pursued getting our sites back, he wrote us that he would charge 3,000 NTD per hour for the work to return them. When he finally agreed to return them, he did not unlock the domains. I had to tell him how to unlock the domains.
When we ordered the transfer, wildwestdomains rejected the transfer. I fear our hands are tied and we have lost our domains because of Ronald Wiplingers business practices.
