In December I sent in the required forms for a $10 rebate on a 50 pack of CD's. Several months later I called the number on the rebate form to complain about not receiving the rebate. I was told they had some problems, but the rebate should be received in mid-July. When I called again, I was given another number, 781-986-3960. Calls placed to that number numerous times over several months have not been answered. All you get are recordings that say leave a message, but then you are told the mailbox is filled. It may only be $10, but the principle of the thing really irks me.
