Internet Cash Machine requested a cancellation because of under age child use fathers credit card

When my underaged child used my credit card to subscribe to a fast money making scheme I contacted them to let them know that I wasnt interested. My bank card has been debited and I want my cash back. It is about time they catch these crooks and punish them. Didnt receive anything they promised.
