I ordered one pair of shoes from the above-listed name and email address under "Bo Bo Shoes" and made a payment through PayPal. When I went to file a complaint through PayPal over three weeks ago, I got an auto reply telling me that because this was a cross-border purchase, I should be patient. When I filed a complaint a couple of days ago, PayPal said that I was beyond the 45 day period for complaining.
