I ordered couch protectors for my pet, one loveseat size, the other sofa size. It shipped from the manufacturer and they sent me the sofa and a chair (not ordered) with no return or contact information. I called twice on separate occassions, and was hung up on mid conversation after I was asked to hold.
I finally called sales and escalated to mgmt. They ensured me over a week ago that they would be mailing me return info, but refused to give me a follow up person or direct phone number or return info over the phone. I never received this and they have my money for the product I did not receive which was $20-$30 more than what they shipped. Now I'm done... And am convinced they are scamming people.
