I ordered a product that was the wrong size. I called to find out if I could return it for a larger size. They said that was fine and told me how to return the product.in the mean time they charged my account for the replacement and shipped the replacement before I even sent the first back. I then followed the instructions to email the contact back with the tracking info to expedite my refund. That was on 12/4/08 and I still have not received any refund after two additional emails.
