Fraudulently charged my credit card, decptive practices foothill ranch

I signed up for the companies brochure in which an invoice was presented to me waiving the 39.99 fee and charging me 2.77 shipping and handling. Nowhere on this invoice was a 139.95 charge stated. Once i processed for this brochure they charged me 139.95 instantly and would not agree to refund back. This web site is deceptive and unethical, duping the customer to think they are being charged for a brochure while charging you for a membership. Still fighting to get my money back!!!
