I had this company contact me late July early august, said I was approved for up to 4000.00 I had to fill out the finance papers and send a 10 percent down, and a 59 dollar processing fee, which I did, I sent cashiers checks, and configured the system on Sept 2. I then waited 10 business days before I tried to contact them, after almost a week of trying to contact someone by phone I finally got someone, only to be told that I would have to talk to a supervisor, and that they would only be available after 7:00, which leaves an hour for you to reach them, of course when the time came, the phone line was busy for the duration, and after 8:00 all you got was answering machine.
I was advised by little miss huffy on the phone that I should send an e-mail, which I sent and sent and sent, never to get any answers, when I finally did get through to a supposed supervisor, he filled me with a bunch of bull shit. I waited another week to be told that my puter was in the last stage and should be shipped by the end of the week. So I waited until Monday (today) and then called because I still didn't see any tracking #, only again of course to be told that I'd have to contact a supervisor after 7:00, I called and called, and finally someone answered the phone @ 7:59, I was told by this person, that the financing was a problem, and that they could do a VISA credit card order, and maybe get a discount, when I told him that didn't help the situation, he got all haughty and told me I'd just have to wait a few more weeks, and then try to call after that.
So I'm out 459.00, and not too encouraged by what I'm reading from others. Anyway don't buy from these guys, I filed a complaint with the FTC, and I will with the BBB I imagine. Anyone have any other ideas?
