I placed an order via their website on 7/11/03. This was after being approved for $3,500 in financing with $245 down payment and $59 processing fee. The downpayment and processing fee were sent (money order) along with the signed finance agreement (which was signed by a company rep).
Almost 1 month after placing the order I am told that finance wants a larger down payment due to my credit report. A credit check should have been done prior to approving financing - right? Now I am argueing with the company to either send my order or return my entire downpayment/processing fee.
From what I've read from other customers, getting a refund is next to impossible. I will fight to get what I have paid for. The BBB in NY is also being advised of the crooked practices this company uses.
