On Jan 31 I purchased a computer from online retailer PC Market USA. On 2/1 said company accepted payment. It is now 3/22 and I have yet to receive the computer, a refund, or even a response to numerous emails. Of course their phone lines are busy 100% of the time. Here's how it works.
1. Purchase a PC via their online website.
2. PC Market Inc accepts payment and bills credit card within 24 hrs.
3. No shipment details or other confirmations of delivery after one week.
4. Buyer inquires via their online order status web form... No response.
5. Buyer inquires via email (because their phones don't work)... No response.
6. A week later get some made up story about moving their warehouse, and apologies for the delay, and the computer will ship next week.
7. Another two weeks pass, no shipment details, and still no responses to email inquiries.
7. Then finally... A response... And another made up story about shipping the PC next week. But also offering a refund!
8. Weeks pass... No refund... No more responses... PC Market Inc. Makes off with $1019.56.
Beware, this company appears to use several different names: PC Market USA, PC Market Inc, Alvio Corporation, MGEpc.com, AccuBuy Computers Inc, etc. Turns out they are all located at the same address (but I thought they were moving?) in Warrensville Heights, OH. That must be some kind of computer warehouse!
Their website domain name (pcmarketusa.com) shows a registration to Alex Kozlovsky, and the Admin Phone number listed is (440) 317-1637. The only other name I have was from an email communication with someone at PC Market USA named Julie Kaveshnikov. Fortunately she offered her own personal cell phone number as a means to contact her for updates on the order until their phone lines were repaired. Sadly I have had no response to the voicemail I left for Julie at (440) 823-1759. But perhaps others will meet with success if their business line is busied-out.
