My art uploads & info gone

I signed up for this website service to display my artwork. After the first day it no longer worked and I cannot use my user name or password. Cannot get a new one assigned and no one from this site will respond to my complaint. I am very upset since my artwork has been uploaded on their server and I would like it deleted or at least get information from them.
