On 4/23 I purchased software libary which you have access for two years.

When the rep had contacted me I had ask for a 30 day trail period, before I agreed on a $2499.00 loan to pay, I wanted to make sure that this would be something that I could follow. Of course, he told me that they do not give out "trail periods", however, that do have a refund policy within the first 30 days. We agreed on this.

After receiving my login ID and password, I proceed to take some of the courseware. It was nothing like I had expected from speaking with him over the phone. But I went ahead and studied from this for about 2 1/2 weeks. I felt somewhat confident that maybe I could pass the test. Went to different sites that give sample test and failed all of them. The courseware did not cover most of what was on the sample tests. I called before the 30 days was up, and ask for a full refund. I was then informed that the only was I would get a refund is the take 2 tests and fail within 90 days. I did not feel I was really to take the test, let alone shell out $130.00 per test.

I contacted SmartCertify serveral times trying to get my money back and still have not gotten anywhere. I get sent a complaint letter to the VP, stating that I have tried numerous times to resolve this over the phone and have gotten nowhere. That I want a refund or I will report them the the BBB, FTC, and AL AG office. (I won't hold my breath)

Please, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! They promise you the world and in the long run you nothing in return.
