Flash.net is an internet service provider that advertises UNINTERRUPTED service. I signed on and have had nothing but disconnects at least 6 in an hour. After numerous communications with them, I was told that it was MY modem!!!
This is not possible because there is NO modem with webtv. I have my computer and my webtv service and the numerous disconnects occur on both.
I am a captive audience at this time because that flash.net address is in too many places to change now. And flash.net knows that.
The lack of quality of service and their lame excuses are what I am reporting -
let other consumers beward.
