I was trying to download a music site and while i thought i had downloaded it, i received a virus and did not receive access to any music. I did not receive anything by mail or internet - no receipt or statement stating a purchase. My visa was charged $48.85 and i am currently in dispute. The visa company advised me to call the company... The only problem with that is that they had provided visa with an incomplete phone number!!! I see that there are several other people who have filed a complaint against this company for the same reason.
Something needs to be done about these crooks. I will do whatever i have to to help so others will not become victims.
